SARC VIDEO TEAM
VIDEOGRAPHY

In my final year at University, I worked to establish and develop a new branch of the SARC centre, the SARC Video Team.
Together with four other members, we were tasked with recording and editing archival tapes of all Queens-based musical performances, which were hosted in the Sonic Lab and Music buildings interchangeably.
Each event would be recorded in full, then later edited in a multi-camera perspective style with high definition audio being synced in post, creating a superior quality archival recording than is normally possible.
This workflow was altered later in the year to produce short documentaries featuring professionally-lit interview segments and footage from the event itself spliced together.
A wide variety of equipment was used, providing me with experience in Sony and Blackmagic camera, alongside our Zoom-based audio ecosystem and massive variety of industry-standard microphones.
